Meet Thomas.

Hi, I’m Thomas!

I first started out in recruitment at the age of 18 alongside completing my University Degree in Business Management at Leeds University.

Since then, I have gained over 12 years experience working with a variety of clients, which has helped me build a great overview of the market.

I am currently the Associate Director at Spencer Clarke Group as well as heading up these teams;

• Construction, Trades and Labour
• Highways Infrastructure and Engineering
• Planning Development and Regeneration
• Property and Asset Management 
• School Facilities 

I joined Spencer Clarke Group as the very first employee when it opened its doors in 2017. I had full belief in the concept and seeing the business flourish into what it has become is one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. It’s definitely been a career as well as a personal highlight.

As Associate Director, I love being able to share my knowledge and expertise with my team and seeing them achieve their personal and professional goals is extremely satisfying.
