Spencer Clarke Group Wins Three Recruiter Awards

We’re thrilled and humbled to announce that we are the proud winners of Best Temporary Recruitment Agency, Best Public/Third Sector Recruitment Agency and Best Recruitment Agency Marketing Team at the 2025 Recruiter Awards. We also came Highly Commended in the Most Effective Compliance Operation category.

Established in 2002, the Recruiter Awards gala is the UK’s largest event for the entire recruitment community recognising outstanding achievements by agencies and in-house recruiters.

On Thursday 18th September, 13 members of our team headed to the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London for a night of celebration. The evening began with a drinks reception and a delicious three course meal before comedian and awards host, Marcus Brigstocke, took to the stage.

After winning Recruitment Agency of the Year at the 2024 Recruiter Awards, this year we were shortlisted in no less than 5 categories. 

We were over the moon to hear the judges comments, with a special commendation for our education team for the significant impact they deliver. Our marketing team was also praised for their delivery across multiple channels and innovative campaigns. 

For Best Temporary Recruitment Agency, the judges commented "We were hugely impressed by how this winner responded to – and delivered against – particularly challenging and tough conditions to fill vacancies, achieving real success. This type of service has clearly and directly contributed to the success of their clients, demonstrating both resilience and effectiveness in high-pressure situations."

The judges continued, "Their outstanding corporate social responsibility initiatives were equally noteworthy, showing a genuine commitment to supporting their communities with focus and dedication. For Best Public/Third Sector Recruitment Agency, the judges commented "There was a very clear commitment to the SEND space, demonstrating deep industry knowledge and expertise, and the service delivered consistently against incredibly aggressive timelines, including for SEND staff."
