Spencer Clarke Group Donate Bikes to 11 Lancashire Schools

We’re thrilled to announce that alongside Active Lancashire and Active Cycles, we have donated 2 bikes each to 11 schools across Lancashire.

As part of a ‘Get Schools Moving’ initiative, our consultants have visited the primary, secondary and SEND schools to deliver the bikes and show the pupils a trick or two. 

Along with tackling a divide in sport opportunities in our local community, we are also proud to be championing Sport England’s National Lottery funded campaign, ‘Leading the Movement’.

With Teachers and education professionals playing a crucial role in promoting physical activity, we have been over the moon to see pupils and staff engaging with our initiative. 

Upon dropping off the bikes, our team were met with many excited faces, with pupils itching to get pedalling.

Divisional Manager of our education team, Jamie Heath, said, “Donating bikes is an important step in getting children to exercise and increasing their sport opportunities.”

Jamie continued, “I’m really proud to work for a company who makes supporting Lancashire schools a priority. Seeing the impact which our agency makes is nothing short of amazing.”
