Hi, I’m Rosie!

I’m a Recruitment Support Officer at Spencer Clarke Group, working within our Public Sector team to ensure our high compliance standards are upheld. 

After graduating from university with a Bachelor of Science degree, I worked in sustainable energy sales and pensions administration. These roles developed my communication and organisation skills, both of which are essential in my position at Spencer Clarke Group. 

It was my job in sales which also highlighted how much I love a people-focused career. I’m naturally a very sociable person and enjoy building relationships, which is what drew me to the recruitment industry and made Spencer Clarke Group a great fit for me. 

I’m really proud to work at a company where a stringent compliance process is adhered to at all stages. It’s this and our dedication which led to us being named Most Effective Compliance Operation at the 2025 Recruiter Awards.

At Spencer Clarke Group, my goal is to develop in my career and always provide a high level of service to both clients and candidates.

In my spare time, I enjoy going on walks and spending time with friends, whether that’s camping, BBQs or paddleboarding.
