Meet Maggie.

Hi, I’m Maggie! 

Before joining Spencer Clarke Group as a Senior Compliance Officer, I spent 3 and a half years working at another agency. This role allowed me to develop the necessary skills and experience needed to effectively support the compliance operation within recruitment. 

At Spencer Clarke Group, I work in the education compliance team, making sure every candidate meets all requirements before starting their role in a school.

Working in education compliance is extremely rewarding because my work helps ensure that schools have fully vetted staff supporting their students.

We are proud to be APSCo+ accredited so schools can trust that we take safeguarding in schools extremely seriously. At the 2025 Recruiter Awards we were over the moon to be awarded Highly Commended in the Most Effective Compliance Operation category!

I’m a people person who takes great pride in helping others, which is a big part of why I love working within the recruitment industry.

My goal at Spencer Clarke Group is to continue delivering a high standard of service to both candidates and clients, whilst growing my knowledge and skills.

When I'm not busy working, I love days out with my children and treating myself to a relaxing spa day.
