Location - Local Authority in London

Salary: £500 per day Outside iR35    

Contract: Initial 3–6-month contract with a view to being extended on an ongoing basis.

Schedule – 5 days per week

Spencer Clarke Group are proud to partner with a leading local authority in London to recruit an experienced SEND Programme Lead.

As a SEND Programme Lead, you will manage their safety valve programme aimed at delivering better outcomes and efficiencies in their SEND Service.

Duties will include:

• Acting as a strategic partner to the Department for Education's (DfE) Delivering Better Value in SEND programme, proactively managing our programme to meet business objectives and priorities.

• Taking senior-level responsibility for the strategic system-wide delivery of the Safety Valve programme, ensuring it is evidence-based and provides positive outcomes for children and families.

• Leading the programme and ensure that it is performance-managed, complies with the relevant statutory and legislative framework, and achieves set efficiencies and targets.
