My client in Cambridgeshire is looking to appoint a talented Repairs Planner/Scheduler on a Contract basis.
The role will work to manage co-ordinate and monitor building services appointments on a daily basis including reallocation of work to operatives; to ensure appointments are achieved on target during sickness absence, holiday periods and prioritise jobs based on urgency.
About the role:
Based in Cambridge:
- Monitor performance to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction targets are achieved.
- Ensure that building services works carried out by trade operatives and sub-contractors are accurately recorded and processed to deadline.
- Provide support to the Repairs Supervisor to ensure service runs smoothly at all times.
About you:
You will have the following skillsets or experiences:
- Must have experience of working in the social housing sector
- Relevant experience of work planning and utilising IT systems
- Relevant experience of repairs and maintenance sector
- Experience of a customer focused service
What’s on offer:
- Salary: £17.59 per day inside IR35.

- Hours: 09:00am -17:00 Monday to Friday
