The Small Print.
To qualify for the vouchers:
- Referrals must be submitted through the contact form above. Clear contact details must be provided (of both parties) to enable us to verify the referral.
- You must have permission from your referral that you are submitting their contact details to Spencer Clarke Group.
- The value of the referral will be determined by salary bands and the length of the job contract. The minimum referral vouchers which you could receive is £150 and the maximum is £500.
- The referred candidate must be placed into work and complete their 13th week of work before the full amount of referral vouchers will be paid. After the referred candidate has completed their 6th week of work, you may request half of the voucher total. Please email info@spencerclarkegroup.co.uk to request the vouchers.
- The vouchers can be from your nominated retailer of choice.
- The vouchers will be sent as an e-gift.
- The referred candidate must not have already registered with us already or previously applied for a job on the Spencer Clarke Group website.
- The referred candidate must be placed in a job within 6 months of the referral.
