Hi, I’m Mike!

I'm the Founder & Managing Director of Spencer Clarke Group, opening its doors in 2017. I manage the overall strategic direction of the business, along with identifying new business opportunities, driving team performance and company culture, and maximising client relations.

I love empowering people and seeing people achieve, both personally and professionally; it gives me great satisfaction and underpins the vision and mission of Spencer Clarke Group.

Outside of work, I’m a huge football and golf fan, spending most of my time watching or playing either sport, or enjoying quality time with my partner and our little dogs, Opal and Luna.
