Meet Luke.

Hi, I’m Luke!

Throughout 15 years working in hospitality I started gaining knowledge in marketing and design. I worked for a small pub chain for 7 years before moving on to Tax Expert where I honed my digital marketing skills.

I soon realised that graphic design was something I really enjoyed and it was then that I joined Spencer Clarke Group.

I love it here, every day I get to use my creative skills, whether it be making social media graphics, designing brochures, editing videos or working on one of our important courses. 

I am particularly proud of our Best Practice in Safeguarding Children, Young People and Adults course which I filmed and edited. This includes important material for education professionals responsible for the welfare of children and young people. I was also thrilled to see our team named Best Recruitment Agency Marketing Team at the 2025 Recruiter Awards. 

Outside of work you’ll find me spending time with my wife and two children, at a gig or watching Star Trek - I’m a closet geek!
