Meet Sean.

Hi, I’m Sean. 

I’m a Recruitment Supervisor at Spencer Clarke Group, specialising in education recruitment for secondary schools across Wigan, Bolton and Warrington. I work with schools to support their staffing needs on a daily, temporary, temp-perm and permanent basis. I also help teaching and support staff find a role that suits their experience and career goals. 

Before joining Spencer Clarke Group, I spent 5 years working in technical recruitment before moving into the education sector. In my previous role, I supported secondary schools and fell in love with recruiting across this sector. 

The experience I gained prior to joining Spencer Clarke Group opened my eyes to the fast paced nature of education recruitment, as well as the importance of building reliable, long term relationships with both schools and educators. 

I enjoy working in a vibrant industry where no two days are the same and I take pride in knowing the work I do helps schools deliver pupils with the best possible learning experience.

At Spencer Clarke Group, I’m focused on developing my career, strengthening relationships, and helping to deliver consistent, high-quality recruitment solutions to schools and education professionals alike.

Outside of work I like to spend time with my family, play golf, watch football and socialise with friends!
