Hi, I’m Chloe!

After completing a qualification within Travel, Tourism and Events and carrying out work experience at Spencer Clarke Group, I realised what a great place it was to work.

Having worked within hospitality during my time at college, I knew my customer service skills would stand me in great stead for a role in compliance. Knowing that I didn’t plan to go to university, I applied for a full time role at Spencer Clarke Group and was over the moon to join the team in July 2024!

I specialise within primary education, helping our consultants ensure that their new starters are ready to begin work right away. We are proud to operate a very thorough education compliance process but we also work quickly to minimise any delays for the candidates or schools. 

We are APSCo+ accredited which means that schools can trust that our team and Spencer Clarke Group take safeguarding very seriously. This is obviously paramount for schools.  

In 2025 we were over the moon to be awarded Highly Commended in the Most Effective Compliance Operation at the Recruiter Awards. It was a very nice feeling to be recognised at a national event.  

In my spare time, you’ll catch me in the gym or watching Netflix with my Cocker Spaniels Amber and Diesel.
