Meet Rosie.

Hi, I’m Rosie!

After leaving college at 18, I joined the hospitality industry and loved working with the public and building positive relationships with customers. After a little while I decided I wanted to take on a new challenge and that’s when I discovered Spencer Clarke Group.

I joined the compliance team in October 2022 to ensure that all candidates could begin their job straight away with the relevant checks in place. Our compliance processes are really important here and we pride ourselves on delivering a seamless service to candidates and clients. 

There are many things I love about Spencer Clarke Group, but I’d have to say it’s the modern office and vibrant company culture that always have me looking forward to work. 

Throughout my time here I’ve been lucky enough to win Employee of the Month a number of times and in 2023 I was crowned Support of the Year at our end of year awards. In 2025 we were also awarded Highly Commended in the Most Effective Compliance Operation at the Recruiter Awards. This is a great reflection on the hard work we put in day in, day out. 

In my spare time, I love spending time with my family and my chocolate Labrador Ted. I also enjoy camping in the Lake District with my friends - when the sun is shining that is!
