Meet Paul.

Hi, I’m Paul,

I specialise in education recruitment, working alongside SEND and SEMH schools and alternative provisions across Lancashire. I work with SEN Teachers and SEN Teaching Assistants placing them into daily cover, temporary and permanent positions.

Before beginning a career in recruitment, I studied Sports Science at University, and qualified as a PE Teacher. For a few years, I taught in excluded children’s schools across the Blackpool area. Doing so definitely opened my eyes as to what it takes to succeed in an education setting.

After this, I took some time out to travel and for 7 years I worked and lived in 5 different countries! 

After spreading my wings and working on superyachts during Covid, I decided I wanted to re-explore a career within education and that’s when I fell into the world of recruitment. 

The buzz of finding a person their dream job is one of my favourite parts about this industry. Knowing I’ve played a part in somebody taking a positive step in their career gives me a lot of job satisfaction and the positive impact this has on a school is also amazing. 

Within my career, I’m always looking to improve my skills and continue to grow within my role. In my spare time, I enjoy travelling (I’ve recently visited my 36th country), going to the gym and watching live sport!
