Meet Maya.

Hi, I’m Maya!

For five years I worked across numerous cafes, bars and restaurants which allowed me to develop exceptional customer service and communication skills. 

Seeking a new challenge, I took on an Administrator role in the NHS, where I was responsible for accurately processing and inputting patient data into the system.

When the opportunity to join Spencer Clarke Group arose, I knew it would be the perfect fit and that my background in customer service would align perfectly. 

Now at Spencer Clarke Group, I work alongside the compliance team, specialising in school facilities recruitment. It is my responsibility to support the consultants and ensure that their candidates are fully compliant before they start work in a school. 

We are proud to be APSCo+ accredited so schools can trust that safeguarding is always a focus when recruiting. At the 2025 Recruiter Awards we were over the moon to be awarded Highly Commended in the Most Effective Compliance Operation category.

Outside of work I enjoy visiting new restaurants and bars and dancing is a huge passion of mine. I teach dance to children, aged 4 to 14, three times a week.
