Hi, I’m Jolie!

I specialise in education recruitment, recruiting Teachers and Teaching Assistants within primary schools across East Lancashire and Lancaster. I recruit for daily cover or on a temporary and permanent basis.

After graduating from University, I worked as an autism specialist Teaching Assistant in an SEN school and obtained my QTS in primary teaching. Gaining experience in the education industry was very valuable and allowed me to develop my communication skills. It also equipped me with a thorough insight as to what makes a great education professional. 

After deciding to leave the education industry, I pursued a career in recruitment and for 10 months, I worked at an agency supplying staff for schools across East Lancashire.

After leaving my old agency, I jumped at the chance to work at Spencer Clarke Group to continue building relationships with schools across East Lancashire and Lancaster.

My time working in the education industry has benefited me when it comes to providing schools with exceptional team members, as I truly understand what it takes to work in the education sector. A dedicated attitude and in depth knowledge of education policies and trends even helped us win Best Temporary Recruitment Agency at the 2025 Recruiter Awards! 

I think my colleagues would describe me as hard working, dedicated and caring, all traits that I endeavour to carry out throughout my career as a Recruitment Consultant.

In my spare time I love baking. We host monthly breakfast clubs here at Spencer Clarke Group and I love doing my bit to make goodies for the rest of the team. I don’t like our office pooches to be left out, so I’ve even been known to rustle up a treat or two for them!
