Meet Ellie.

Hi, I'm Ellie!

I studied Textile Design at the University of Leeds, graduating in 2012 with a 2:1 BA Hons Degree. 

After university, I joined Hewlett Packard’s graduate scheme, where I gained experience across various departments, including business analysis and release management. 

Alongside this, I set up my own wedding stationery business, which I successfully ran full-time for five years before stepping back to focus on my two little boys.

When the opportunity to join Spencer Clarke Group arose, I knew it would be the perfect next step in my career.

At Spencer Clarke Group, I'm responsible for supporting the SEND recruitment consultants in the day-to-day management of their work, liaising with clients and candidates and working on candidate sourcing and placements.

My role also involves updating job boards, screening CVs, writing and posting job adverts and scheduling interviews between clients and candidates. I’m really happy to be able to support such a fantastic team and play a role in placing candidates into such important jobs, such as SEND Case Officers and SEND Tribunal Officers. In 2025 we were over the moon to be crowned Best Public/Third Sector Recruitment Agency at the 2025 Recruiter Awards!

Outside of work, you’ll likely find me at a concert or musical or spending quality time with my husband and two little boys!
