Meet Dane.

Hi, I’m Dane!

I specialise in interim and executive appointments for local authority SEND services, working closely with councils throughout the North of England. I work alongside professionals including SEND Caseworkers, SEND Tribunal Officers, EHC Plan Writers and SEND Team Managers.

Before joining the world of recruitment, I was a footballer and a football coach in the US for a short time. I also worked in the fashion and hospitality industries - all positions which enhanced my love for a people-centred career. 

Working across the public sector is extremely rewarding. The nature of interim work means the market is fast-paced but I thrive in this environment. Knowing I have helped a local authority enhance their statutory provision gives me great job satisfaction, not only because I have assisted a client's recruitment needs, but because the work SEND professionals do to support young people is so vital. 

It’s our dedication and the amazing relationships we have with local authorities across the UK, which helped us win Best Public/Third Sector Recruitment Agency at the 2025 Recruiter Awards! 

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, eating out, going to the gym and spending time with family and friends.
