Meet Anna.

Hi, I’m Anna!

Before working for Spencer Clarke Group, I worked in the beauty retail industry for 11 years.

I loved the creativity my career in beauty gave me but after having my children I knew it was time for a change. I joined Spencer Clarke Group in 2023 and haven’t looked back since.

Since joining the team, I’m proud to have been promoted to Compliance Manager - overseeing the education division of our compliance department. 

Along with my managerial responsibilities, day to day you’ll find me working on ways to optimise our compliance processes to ensure that education professionals are placed into work with no delay. Although we’re proud to have a quick compliance turnaround, we take safeguarding very seriously and this has helped earn us an APSCo+ accreditation.

I feel very honoured to head up a really hard working, vibrant team and in 2025 we were awarded Highly Commended in the Most Effective Compliance Operation at the Recruiter Awards. 

Outside of work, I have two young children and 2 dogs which keeps me very busy. We love spending time together as a family, going on new adventures and finding new movies to watch on our weekly movie night.
