Job description
Spencer Clarke Group are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Dorset to assist with the appointment of a Senior Planning Officer on an initial 3-month contract.
We are looking to speak to experienced Planning Officers, with significant experience of progressing complex planning applications to determination, preferably as a chartered member of the RTPI, who have ideally worked for a Local Authority previously.
The post will involve a varied caseload including small scale major applications, complex minor applications and certificates of lawfulness applications.
Contract Details
Pay Scale – INSIDE IR35 – £33.50 p/h (The hourly rate is potentially negotiable, so please still get in touch if you work at a higher rate)
Location – Remote Working, with site visits around the district as and when needed
Contract Length – 3-months with possibility of extension
