SEN Class Teacher - Bispham
Spencer Clarke Group is looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Class Teacher to join a fantastic school in Bispham. This is a full-time role starting in January and will continue until the end of the academic year, with the potential to become a permanent position.
The Role:
- You will be teaching a class of pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.
- Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to meet individual needs.
- Working closely with teaching assistants and other therapists to provide a holistic approach to learning.
- Creating a safe and supportive learning environment where every child can thrive.
- Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in an SEN setting.
- A strong understanding of different SEN needs and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient and empathetic approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
