Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and young people?

We are seeking a Qualified Registered Manager to lead and oversee a children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to the young residents.

Role Overview:

  • Position: Registered Manager - Children's Home
  • Location: St Annes & Freckleton.
  • Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent.
  • Salary: £55K - £65K per annum.


  • Provide strong leadership and management to the staff team, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for children and young people.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the children's home, including staffing, budget management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring individual needs are met and outcomes are achieved.
  • Maintain effective communication with external agencies, families, and professionals involved in the care of the children and young people.
  • Uphold and promote the safeguarding and welfare of all residents, adhering to relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.


  • Qualified Registered Manager with a minimum 4/5 year experience in a children's residential setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to promoting the well-being and development of children and young people.
  • Sound understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practice guidelines.
