Recruitment Administrator – Preston


Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a dynamic, hard-working, and organised individual to join our growing team in an exciting, fast-paced environment within our brand-new Preston Office as a Recruitment Administrator.

Founded in 2017, Spencer Clarke Group are a multi-sector agency recruiting nationwide across the Health & Social Care, Housing, SEND, Finance, Corporate Functions, Construction & Technical markets, supplying temporary and permanent staff within both the public and private sector. This is a full-time role where you will be undertaking a vital role in supporting our recruitment team with their day-to-day duties. Salaries range from £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience, within a fun working environment with regular incentives available. OTE salary up to £25,000 per annum.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Uploading, maintaining, and updating key information onto our internal databases
  • Managing and handling candidate documentation, ensuring all is kept up to date
  • Requesting and compiling candidate references and compliance
  • Working to strict deadlines
  • Creating candidate and client profiles on external and internal systems
  • Work with your consultants to ensure ad-hoc duties are completed
  • Data input
  • Liaising with candidates and clients

Additional information

  • This is a full time post, Monday to Friday 
  • Choice of two working patterns; 8.30am - 5.30pm or 9am - 6pm with a 1 hour lunch break
  • Early finish Friday and dress down Friday
