We're currently recruiting an experienced Psychologist to join a well-established specialist education provider supporting children and young people with autism and complex needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly integrated clinical team within a purpose-built school offering exceptional facilities and a therapeutic, child-centred environment.
The Role

  • Conduct clinical assessments and formulations
  • Deliver individualised therapeutic interventions
  • Support educational and residential teams to create clinically informed environments
  • Provide consultation, training and guidance across the staff teams
  • Work collaboratively to ensure therapeutic approaches are embedded throughout daily practice

About You

  • HCPC-registered Clinical, Educational, Counselling or Forensic Psychologist
  • Skilled clinician with experience supporting children and young people with complex needs
  • Confident practitioner able to deliver training and consultation
  • Strong communicator who can work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Highly organised professional committed to achieving the best outcomes for young people
