As a Project Manager you’ll play a vital role in coordinating the programme of improvement works for the Revenues & Benefits service and work with Digital Services to deliver them. This would include, but not limited to, prioritisation, resource availability, timelines, dependencies and risks & issues.

About the role

Working from home, you will be tasked with:

  • Working with Revenues & Benefits
  • Automation of VEP processes (after assessment of available Northgate API’s)
  • Automation of UC processes
  • Delivering solution being offered by Privigof looking at propensity to pay and then move to the subscription phase.

About you

The ideal candidate for this position will :

  • Have previous experience with revenues & benefits
  • Have previous experience with Northgate
  • Be familiar with eBilling, CAR/CAB/Granicus
  • Be familiar with integration & automation processes

Experience is also preferable in:

  • Strong motivational skills, with keen problem solving approaches

About the company

You'll be working for Tower Hamlets, a council dedicated to the positive outcomes for its residents and services.

What’s on offer

  • Salary: £350-£400 per day (negotiable based on experience)
  • Overtime: options available for overtime
  • Contract type: 8 month contract minimum, highly likely to extend
  • Hours: 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
