Competent qualified painter/decorators required urgently to assist with major project.
Duties:
- To produce a quality and quantity of work commensurate with that of an experienced and competent Painter / Decorator with the ability to adapt and undertake a range of tasks outside of the initial core trade (as listed below) which will enable the task to be completed by a single visit wherever practicable.
- Patch plaster / artex / rendering
- Tiling
- Drop radiators
- Minor carpentry works
- Plasterboard tacking
This role will require you to demonstrate the following Qualifications and Experience:
- To have served a recognised apprenticeship to a Level 3 qualification in Painting and Decorating or equivalent and a minimum 3 years’ experience of working in the domestic, commercial construction & maintenance environment.
- Must have a driving licence
