If you’re searching for a rewarding and fulfilling career opportunity, look no further. Spencer Clarke Group are working alongside Kingston Council to appoint a talented HR OD Specialist / LMS Project Manager on a Contract basis. 

As a LMS Project Manager you’ll play a vital role in leading and driving the implementation of learning technology to meet the businesses learning strategy. You will be responsible for project management, stakeholder engagement and coordination to ensure a successful implementation and migration of our current learning management system, including creating business cases, oversee supplier onboarding and create and manage a project plan.

About the role

Based in Kingston, you will be tasked with:

  • Manage the complete implementation of a new LMS including integration with
  • other systems and/or processes
  • Manage relationship with vendor 
  • Ensure that the LMS requirements are met for all Sutton and Kingston boroughs and liaise with Merton on their requirements. 
  • Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders to agree business requirements and drive engagement with the project

About you

The ideal candidate for this position will :

  • Have excellent understanding of the LMS, I-Trent
  • Have proven knowledge of the application of LMS solutions, which have driven short to medium term behaviour changes and delivered  organisational objectives.
  • Have a relevant and appropriate project management qualification 
  • Have a track record of implementing implementing a LMS in a public sector organisation, specifically Local authorities 

Experience is also preferable in:

  • Hands on technical expertise and comfortable with operating in the “back end” of a LMS. You will be the Subject Matter Expert for our platform.
  • Experience in the management of a data migration as we move from one LMS platform to another. 
  • Experience of using Docebo

You'll be working for Kingston Council, a council dedicated to the positive outcomes for its residents and services.

What’s on offer

  • Salary: £500-£600 per day (negotiable based on experience)
  • Overtime: options available for overtime
  • Contract type: 5 month contract minimum, highly likely to extend
  • Hours: 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
