Our Private Client are recruiting an Occupational Therapist for their independent specialist day school in Hinckley on a permanent basis.

The School meets the needs of a diverse group of pupils aged 8-18 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, alongside a range of other associated conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical support across specialist schools for young people with complex needs.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support educational and residential staff in creating therapeutic living and learning environments.
• Conduct clinical assessments and formulate individualised interventions for young people.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure therapeutic support is integrated into all aspects of education, care, and support.
• Offer consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to educational and residential teams.

Requirements:

• Be a qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC.
• Experience in delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
