My client is a Local Authority in Central London who are looking to appoint a talented Finance Business Partner on an Interim basis

About the role:

Based in London (Hybrid):

This is the HRA Lead Business Partner role reporting to the Head of Housing Finance, Responsibilities include:

• Budgeting and Financial Planning and the MTFS.
• Closing of accounts process.
• Budget monitoring and forecasting.

What's on offer:

• Day Rate: £500 per day, inside IR35.

*negotiable based on experience

• Hybrid working (1 or 2 days a week in office)
• Contract type: Contract (36hrs a week)
• Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday

About you:
You will have the following experience:

• Degree Educated or significant relevant experience.
• CCAB Qualified.
• Evidence of significant relevant Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
• Ability to communicate with Senior Managers and Elected Members.
