Spencer Clarke Group are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Dorset to assist with the appointment of a Facilities Manager on a 3-6 month contract.
We are looking to speak to experienced Facilities Managers, with Hard FM experience, who have ideally worked for a Local Authority previously.
Pay Scale – INSIDE IR35 – £28 p/h. The hourly rate is negotiable dependent on experience so please still apply if you work to a higher rate
Location – Office based in Shaftsbury. Will need to be able to make site visits when needed
Contract Length – 3-6 months, possibility of extension
Key duties of the role are to:
• Ensure the delivery of Facilities Management (FM) services to a high standard. Identifying opportunities that will continuously improve all aspects of FM operations
• Focus on quality-of-service delivery, ensuring best practice
• Lead the Energy Management and Environmental/Sustainability focus for FM and work closely with other stakeholders on this matter
• Support the development of FM contracts and contractor management
• Contribute to FM Procurement strategy and benchmarking projects
