We are seeking an Executive Officer for a Local Authority Client based in North London.


In this role, you will provide professional and exceptional support to the Managing Director, Director of Corporate Services, and Programme Director.


About the role:

You will be tasked with delivering key strategic objectives:

  • Manage the busy schedules of senior executives through effective diary management and meeting planning.
  • Handle high-level correspondence, including inbox management, and draft substantive responses.
  • Coordinate with the office of the Authority Chair, Camden Chief Executive, board members, and other senior officials to ensure responsiveness to external demands.
  • Perform business management duties, including dealing with purchase orders and administering daily reports.


About you:

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

  • Direct experience supporting senior executives, such as Managing Directors, Directors of Corporate Services, and Programme Directors.
  • Experienced in managing executive schedules, correspondence, and daily operations.
  • Experience representing senior executives in various forums and maintaining high levels of diplomacy and confidentiality.


What’s on offer

Salary: £22+per hour

*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*


Contract type: 3-6 months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension


Hours: Monday – Friday, 36 hours per week
