Spencer Clarke Group are working closely alongside Salford City Council to assist with the appointment of an Interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 3-month contract.
Salford City Council require an Interim Estates Surveyor, you will play a key part within the estates team, working on a comprehensive range of property management duties to ensure the effective management of the Council's Assets including acquisitions, disposals, valuations, rent reviews, lettings and lease renewals.

Pay Scale – INSIDE IR35 – The day rate is negotiable dependent on experience so please state the rate you work at when applying
Location – Remote / Hybrid working available however it will be essential to work from the office with team members at the Civic Centre in Swinton.
Contract Length – 3 months, highly likely to be extended
Experience Needed:
• Previous experience in Estate Surveying, Rent Reviews, Lease Reviews, Landlord and Tenant Matters, and ideally previous Local Authority experience.
• Previous experience in working within mixed property portfolios and being able to work to your own initiate, whilst understanding the various restrictions that come with the management of a local authority portfolio.
• Education to Degree level or equivalent in property-related discipline and ideally be MRICS qualified.
• Experience of Concerto property management system would be an advantage.
