My client in Central London is looking to appoint a talented Change Implementation Lead (HR/Housing) on a Contract basis.

The role will act as strategic delivery lead for the Implementation of the restructure in Housing Management, Housing Needs, NRPF and Business Improvement, Strategy and Performance Improvement Modernising Transformation Programme

About the role:

Based in Central London (Hybrid):

  • Act as the strategic lead for all Housing Operations interfaces with Human Relations relating to the restructures communication and engagement activity linked to the modernising housing operations transformation.
  • The key issues will steer through the job evaluations, restructure proposals coordinate consultation arrangements, benchmark with other councils, and review the implementation and effectiveness of the new structure after three months, six and 12 months
  • This position will have to drive forward the restructures to address the findings of the Housing Ombudsman special investigation report
  • Assist the Director of Housing Operations in managing performance indicators and relationships with Human Resources service to promote continued service improvement

About you:

You will have the following skillsets or experiences:

  • CIPD
  • Evidence of successful human resources management restructures in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Experience of delivering projects across the place, technology and paperless workstreams on three major smarter working programmes in Local Authorities
  • Project Management/Change Management qualification (Prince, Agile, Prosci or equivalent)

What’s on offer:

  • Salary: £654 per day inside IR35

  • Hours: 09:00ach -17:00 Monday to Friday
