Sales Executive - New & Used Car Sales - Lincoln

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. 1.       Be the face of the business to our customers:

Professionalism, Product Knowledge, Attention to Detail, Empathy, Active Listening - Are All Key Skills You Will Need to Demonstrate at Interview

  1. 2.       Sales Process Adherence

Ensuring key touchpoints with each customer are visited

  1. 3.       Log all leads

Using our CRM System to maintain current enquiries and effectively managing all active enquiries. Effectively prospecting for new opportunities.

  1. 4.       Hit Performance Targets

Weekly reviews with your manager to focus on lead conversion and overall sales performance.

  1. 5.       Deliver an Exceptional Product

Matching customer expectation to reality

Ensuring a flawless product is delivered to our customers

  1. 6.       Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience

If you are exceptional and so is the product, the customer experience will be.

If it is not, you will work with your manager to understand the root causes and plan corrective actions

Experience Required:

3 Years in the same or equivalent role (Sales Environment)

Exceptional personal appearance

Obsessed with The Basics - Great Attention to Detail

A Good Listener

Self-Motivated

 

Remuneration

Basic salary up to £19,000 and a bonus OTE of £40,000+ with the bonus earned by achievement of sales and customer satisfaction targets

Working Hours

Hours from 8.30am to 6pm M-S and 10.30am to 5pm Sun – Rota for 5.5 average days per week.
