Audit & Quality Assurance Officer

£45 per hour

3-month contract initially, likely to be extended

Hybrid working - 1-2 days on site

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking an experienced Audit & Quality Assurance Officer to ensure high-quality services and the most positive outcomes for children including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in Auditing & Quality Assurance.
  • A strong knowledge of SEND procedures.

Duties include but not limited:

  • Undertake a range of audits, ensuring the voice of the child is maintained.
  • Support the SEND Managers from design to implementation of audit and quality assurance programmes.
  • Monitor recommendations from audits to ensure actions are implemented and social workers receive necessary support.

Skills required:

  • Ability to successfully communicate learning from audit work.
  • Innovative whilst being able to promote best practice.
  • Experience in maintaining and monitoring measurable improvements in quality within SEND and Children's Social Care.
