Hi, I’m Lauren!
I have worked in recruitment for over 5 years now and I currently cover the North of the UK in the accountancy department.
As a people person, I take great pleasure in connecting candidates to a role which they love because it has such a big impact for both parties. My candidates get a career which they can excel in and my clients business’ can thrive through recruiting exceptional talent. It’s a win-win and extremely rewarding.
I am hard working, passionate and my colleagues would probably say very chatty as well! To me, getting to know my clients and candidates is an integral part of the job as you need to truly understand what your candidate/client is looking for before you can match them.
Outside of work, I’m a crazy cat mum who loves going out for nice food (carbonara being the favourite), enjoying a tasty cocktail or two and spending time renovating my first home.
